Service Description

Offering a 30 minute 1-on-1 Qi Gong and Taping practice session plus a 60 minute Craniosacral Therapy session which will include 5-10 minutes for intake or a catch up on how you are feeling and to set the intention for the session. During the treatment your body will let the Therapist know what is priority. The priorities may be musculoskeletal and nervous system issues, emotional, spiritual and/or energetic blockages. The priorities will be addressed and by the end of the session you will feel a nice overall calming / relaxation. Pain and stress will decrease and your clarity will improve. Many positive changes will continue to transform for several days following your treatment.
